Discovery.
The client, a growing construction and interior project management firm, was managing multiple high-value projects using fragmented tools—primarily WhatsApp for communication and manual methods for reporting. As project complexity increased, this approach led to inefficiencies, lack of transparency, and difficulty in maintaining accurate records. To address these challenges, we implemented Magnate, a centralized project management platform designed specifically for construction workflows. The goal was to digitize daily site operations, streamline communication, and automate reporting—creating a single source of truth for all stakeholders. By transforming unstructured conversations into structured data and integrating reporting, tracking, and documentation into one system, Magnate enabled the client to operate with greater efficiency, accountability, and real-time visibility across all projects.
